Wear helmet

My kind advice to all my friends is to wear helmet when you plan to go for a long drive in your motor cycle .If you plan to go for a drive in your vehicle make sure that you wear helmet. Recently as I informed you all I met with an accident and took 15 days for me to get back to normal shape. So it is always good for people to take good care of your health.
